ABOUT Fruit Sushi RECIPE

A 2 minute fruit sushi made with rolled bread.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 white or brown bread slices
  2. 1/4 cup crushed salted peanuts
  3. Fresh mango pulp or Sweetened hung curd 1/2 cup
  4. Cucumber strips 5-10
  5. Pineapple strips 5-10
  6. Mango strips if available 5-10
  7. 1 tsp mixed herbs
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the sides of the bread and roll it thinly.
  2. Take the hung curd and add a little salt and herbs in it. Then take the mango pulp and spread it on the inner side of the bread.
  3. Now, on the other side of the bread, spread the curd mixture. Then place the fruits and cucumber slices in the middle and roll it lengthwise.
  4. Finally, roll in the peanuts and cut it like sushis.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
