Apple and Banana are comfort smoothers. Walnut helps to control resting blood pressure and Stress Reliever. Mint adds Flavour. Mint Smoothie With Spinach ( good source of Iron), Broccoli which is a good Source of Vitamin B 3 , B 5, B 6, B9 And high in Calcium and other minerals. Apple and Banana with added Dark chocolate Chips.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach leaves chopped 1 cup.
  2. Mint leaves 20 to 25.
  3. Broccoli chopped 1 cup.
  4. Apple 1
  5. Banana 1
  6. Walnut kernels 1/2 cup
  7. Dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup
  8. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  9. Zeera powder 1 tsp
  10. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( optional )
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp ( optional )
  12. Ice 1 cup
  13. Water 1 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  1. Blend Everything together
  2. Serve immediately
