ABOUT Fruity Oats in a Mug RECIPE

Oats are my favourite on the go breakfast. Sometimes when i am in no mood to eat sandwiches or parathas i love to eat this as my post gym workout meal.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/4 th cup of oats
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. Half of banana mashed
  4. Quater of an apple chopped
  5. 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  7. 2 tsp honey
  8. CHOPPED DRY FRUITS

Instructions

  1. Add oats, flax seed powder and milk in a mug. Fluff with a fork.
  2. Stir well with a fork.
  3. Add banana, cinnamon, apple and honey.
  4. Stir again until fully combined.
  5. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped dryfruits.
