Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tablespoon instant oats
  2. 2 tablespoon rawa
  3. 1 tablespoon rich flour
  4. 1 tablespoon besan
  5. 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  6. 1 tablespoon jowar flour
  7. 1 cup curd
  8. 1 small onion, chopped finely
  9. 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  10. 1 tablespoon green coriander leaves
  11. Water to adjust batter consistency
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats, rawa, besan, and flours in the curd.
  2. Add salt .
  3. Adjust batter consistency with water.
  4. Consistency should be like Dosa-batter.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Heat up a non-stick frying pan.
  7. Add little bit of oil.
  8. Spread the pancake batter and sprinkle the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves.
  9. On low-medium flame cook each side for about 1 minute each.
  10. Dab with tissue to remove excess oil.
  11. Serve hot with a dip/chutney of your choice.
  12. Use as many vegetable toppings as you please to make it even more healthy.
