ABOUT Microwave Pizza in 2 Minutes RECIPE

This mug pizza is an amazing recipe. This is one of the must try recipes for me. This pizza is prepared in a ramekin bowl in microwave in less than two freaking minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Flour- 4 tbsp
  2. Salt- 1/8 tsp
  3. Baking powder- 1/8 tsp
  4. Baking soda- 1/16 tsp
  5. Milk- 3 tbsp
  6. Oil- 1 tbsp
  7. Pizza/ Marinara sauce- 1 tbsp
  8. Grated mozzarella cheese- 1+1/2 tbsp
  9. Chopped capsicum and tomato- 1 tbsp
  10. Pizza seasoning- 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a mug and add in flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add in milk and oil. Mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
  3. After it forms a smooth dough, flatten the top of the dough and add in marinara sauce. Spread the sauce with a spoon.Add in grated cheese and then add on capsicum and tomato or any toppings you prefer, sprinkle some pizza seasoning.
  4. Microwave the pizza for about 1 to 1.30 minutes. You need to microwave until the cheese starts to bubble on the top.
