ABOUT Mexican crullers (churros) RECIPE

A fried dough pastry coated with powdered sugar and cinnamon powder

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Butter 1/2 cup
  2. Refined flour 2cup
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Powered sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  6. White oil for frying
  7. Chocolate Sauce
  8. Egg 2 no.
  9. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan boil 4cup of water with salt.
  2. Add butter to it and give it a nice boil.
  3. Add refined flour to it and continuously stir it.
  4. When it becomes to a dough turn off the gas.
  5. Let it be cool.
  6. Add 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence to it. Kneed it.
  7. Hit oil in a pan.
  8. Pour the dough in a kitchen press and fry the churros.
  9. Mix with powdered sugar and cinnamon powder.
  10. Serve with chocolate sauce.
