Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled milk - 450ml
  2. Sweetened condensed milk - 1/2 small tin
  3. Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
  4. Cardamom powder - 1tsp
  5. Hershey's strawberry syrup - 2 tbsp
  6. Almonds - 6-7
  7. Salt - a very small pinch

Instructions

  1. Add milk and rice flour, stir and make sure there aren't any lumps .
  2. Heat together and keep stirring, making sure the mixture doesn't stick to the bottom of the vessel.
  3. Bring it to a boil. This should take around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then add the condensed milk, cardamom powder, strawberry syrup and some of the almonds, chopped up really fine. Add a very small pinch of salt to it at this stage.
  5. Remove from heat, let it cool and set it in a refrigerator for an hour or two.
  6. Garnish with some of the almond shavings and serve chilled.
