Ingredients Serving: 6
1 empty pepsi bottle 750 ml
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 cup dark Chocolate
1papercutter
Ingredient for cake
Wet Ingredients
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
3/4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Dry ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup grind suger
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
Make chocolate cake Method Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside .Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and pour the wet mixture on it whisk all the ingredients well till the batter is smoothy texture Pour this batter into a baking tin and bake for 25-30 min or according to your oven.cool it and rest it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Take 1 pepsi bottle.remove label and cut a square piece with the help of papercutter
1 cup dark chocolate. Melt it in double boiler
Coat bottle with melted chocolate from inside.let it dry..again coat it and keepit in the fridge for 3-4 hours
Whip cream with little icing sugar and few drops of vanilla essence.
Now cake and bottle both are cool.coat bottle with whipped cream .cut thin slices of cake.and set it inside the bottle with whipped cream.when full ,cover open piece with melted chocolate. And again let it rest in the fridge.
Now cut the bottle with the help of paper cutter.set label and lid with melted chocolate. Ready to serve
