Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled and peeled medium sized potatoes diced 4
  2. Capsicum medium sized diced 4
  3. Onions chopped 3/4 cup
  4. Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  5. Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  8. Anardana powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Degi mirch 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  12. coriander powder 1 tsp
  13. Dried methi leaves 1 tbsp
  14. Green chillies chopped 2-3
  15. Oil 3 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, anardana, degi mirch, turmeric, onions and saute until translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes and saute till oil separates.
  3. Now add coriander powder, salt, capsicum, cover and cook on low heat till half cooked.
  4. After around 6-7 minutes, add potatoes, garam masala, methi. Mix lightly, cover and cook again for five minutes.
  5. Then add coriander leaves and serve.
