This dish is an excellent way of using leftover rice. It accompanies any dish or curry very nicely.
I love the flavour of curry leaves, so this is a must try for me!
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai.
Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and 5-6 curry leaves. Cook till fragrant.
Once the leaves are well cooked, add the rice and mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally in between.
Add the rest of curry leaves, little chilli powder, green chilli and salt and cook for another 1/2 minute or so.
Serve hot with chutney, achar or any other curry.
