Ingredients Serving: 3

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
2 Eggs
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

Take eggs and caster sugar and mix well.
Add melted chocolate, cocoa powder and all purpose flour in beaten egg mixture and mix well.
Heat butter and oil in pan, pour mixture in a pan and fry from both sides, do the same thing with mixture.
Garnish with chocolate syrup.
