ABOUT Green apple and paneer kofta curry RECIPE

In navratri we want something new dish instead of potato, so green apple kofta is very healthy and light dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta-
  2. 2 green apples (grated)
  3. 50 gm paneer (cottage chese)grated
  4. 2 spoon samak rice flour
  5. 1/4 spoon green chilly
  6. 1/2 spoon roasted cumin powder
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1/4 spoon dry mango powder
  9. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  10. For gravy-
  11. 2 spoon oil
  12. 2 medium size tomatoes
  13. 2 tbs curd
  14. 1tbs cashewnuts paste
  15. 1/2 spoon cumin
  16. 1/4 spoon red chilly
  17. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  18. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Step 1st is mix all ingredients of kofta and make medium size balls.
  2. There is two option for maikng kofta you can fry them or make in appam pan, iIgo for appam pan grease appam pan put balls into each cavity and cook till balls become golden in colour.
  3. For gravy -
  4. Take a pan heat it, add cumin and tomato puri cook add cashunuts paste add salt and other spiecs add curd and cook till masala leaves the oil than if you feel gravy is thick than add 1/2 cup water and make a boil than add kofta and switch off the flame. add coriander leaves.
