ABOUT Chocolate balls RECIPE

Multi-purpose chocolate balls, can be eaten as it or it can be used in lava cakes or truffles or in anything.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Honey : 1 tsp
  2. Compound dark chocolate : 120 g
  3. Water : 30 ml

Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate and water in a bowl and melt in microwave.
  2. When it has melted add honey and stir with a spoon.
  3. When it mixes properly cover it & keep aside for 4-5 hrs.
  4. After 1 hr it can also be kept in fridge but keep a good watch so that it should not get hard.
  5. It wil get thick, then start making small balls from this thick mixture. While making balls use fingers not hands. Otherwise chocolate will start melting with the heat of your hand.
  6. Chocolate balls are ready. Keep these chocolate balls in ziplock bag or airtight jar. It can be kept for 3 mnths in freezer.
  7. These chocolate balls can be used in many recipes like lava cake, chocolate truffle .....and in many more recipes.
