Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Tarts-
  2. Flour - 1 cup
  3. Butter - 2 tbsp
  4. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  5. Baking pd.- 1 tsp
  6. Milk - 2- 3 tbsp( to knead into a firm dough)
  7. Custard Filling
  8. Thick custard - 1/2 cup
  9. Whipping Cream - 2-3 tbsp
  10. Sugar - 1-2 tbsp
  11. Chocolate filling
  12. Dark chocolate- 1/2 cup
  13. Whipping Cream - 2-3 tbsp
  14. Sugar- 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First prepare the tart dough by mixing flour,butter,sugar and baking pd. with milk.
  2. Prepare a firm dough.Divide into equal parts,roll out ,cut with a cutter and cover each tart mould with a piece.Let the sheets overhang the moulds,
  3. Press firmly along the edges of the moulds and base too.Tear away the excess overhanging portions.Bake @180° for 12- 15 mins.
  4. Let them cool.Carefully unmould each tart.Your tarts are ready.
  5. Custard filling-
  6. Beat custard with cream till light and frothy.Add sugar, beat again.Put into piping bags and make the first layer of the filling.
  7. Chocolate filling-
  8. Melt chocolate in double boiler.Mix the cream ,beat well.Finally add sugar.You can omit sugar if you dont wan't it very sweet.Pour into piping bag and make the filling of the tart.
  9. Refrigerate for some time before serving.
  10. Yummy chocolate tarts with custard is ready.
