Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm big size potatoes
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the potato and cut it lengthwise, half inch thick.
  2. Put in chilled water for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain and dab it dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. Deep fry for 10 seconds again. Keep in a zip lock.
  6. Freeze for a few minutes.
  7. When serving, just deep fry it and serve hot.
  8. Sprinkle salt and serve with tomato sauce.
