Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh grated coconut 1
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. A pinch of soda
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Dhaniya leaves 1/2 bunch
  7. Water as required to make the batter
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add fresh grated coconut, besan, salt to taste, soda, green chillies fine chopped and fresh coriander leaves chopped.
  2. Mix well and add water to make the pakora batter and side by side heat oil on the stove.
  3. When oil gets hot, put 2 tsp oil in the batter and mix it well.
  4. After mixing it well start making pakoras in hot oil. (Oil should not be boiling).
  5. When pakodas are done serve with mint chutney and tomato sauce.
