Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom diced 2 cups
  2. Puffed lotus seeds 1 cup
  3. Onions diced 1 cup
  4. Tomatoes diced 1 cup
  5. Cream/Malai 3-4 tbsp
  6. Oil 3 tbsp
  7. Green chillies, chopped 3
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  11. Degi mirch 1/2 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1 tsp
  13. Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  14. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, degi mirch, turmeric, ginger, garlic, onions one by one and saute until translucent.
  2. Add green chillies, tomatoes, coriander powder and saute till oil separates.
  3. Now add mushrooms, salt to taste, cover and cook on a low heat till done.
  4. In another pan, dry roast makhane and add to mushrooms. Cover and cook for about 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Add cream, garam masala and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
