ABOUT Coconut Dream with Pineapple RECIPE

A delicious coconut dessert with sweetened pineapple layer in the bottom, decorated with cashew nuts and pistachios

Ingredients Serving: 10

dessicated coconut 1/2 cup
Pineapple 1
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Amul Fresh cream 1 pack
Whipping powder pack
China grass 10 gm
Milkmaid 1/2 tin
Cashew nuts chopped, to garnish
Pistachio chopped , to garnish

Instructions

Heat the chopped pineapple with sugar till cooked, Set this on a pudding tray when done. Keep it aside
Whip the whipping powder according to packet instruction. When it is fluffy add fresh cream and milkmaid, beat this well with an electric beater. Add milk n combine well
Add dessicated coconut n fold the mixture gently
Melt the china grass and pour into the mix n combine well
Pour the pudding mix on top of the sweetened pineapple layer
Garnish with chopped cashews n pistachios
Refrigerate for 4 hours
