Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh grated coconut - 1cup
  2. Ghee -1tbsp
  3. Milk - 1/4cup (or as needed )
  4. Sugar -3/4cup ( if using condensed milk can adjust sugar as per your taste )
  5. Condensed milk - 2tbsp or milk powder - 1tbsp
  6. Kesar few strands
  7. Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Nuts of your choice (optional )

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat ghee.
  2. Add coconut and roast for a minute or two.
  3. Sprinkle milk so as the mixture dont dry.
  4. Add sugar and mix add milk powder / condensed milk.
  5. Add kesar soaked in 1tbsp of warm milk. Add elaichi powder.
  6. Mix all together stir continuously.
  7. When all the moisture is absorbed add nuts.
  8. To check take a small pea size of mix and form a ball if it does its done.
  9. If you find it too dry sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of milk.
  10. Cool a bit and make ladoos.
  11. You can garnish it with silver varkh.
