An Indian sweet/dessert.
In a pan heat ghee.
Add coconut and roast for a minute or two.
Sprinkle milk so as the mixture dont dry.
Add sugar and mix add milk powder / condensed milk.
Add kesar soaked in 1tbsp of warm milk. Add elaichi powder.
Mix all together stir continuously.
When all the moisture is absorbed add nuts.
To check take a small pea size of mix and form a ball if it does its done.
If you find it too dry sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of milk.
Cool a bit and make ladoos.
You can garnish it with silver varkh.
