Sugar 1/4 cup
Butter 80 gm
Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1 egg
Flour 2 cups
chocolate 100 gm
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Extra chocolate for topping

Instructions

Melt butter, let it cool and cream it with sugar and whisk well. Add egg, vanilla essence and then add all the dry ingredients and mix it well.
Add chopped chocolate and cover. Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour. Make equal size balls and bake for 180 degree centigrade for 7 to 10 minutes.
Then remove and you can add extra chocolate on the top for garnishing.
