ABOUT Creamy Biscuit pudding (Eggless) RECIPE

Decadent, Gooey, Indulgent and the easiest pudding one can make! It takes almost no time to make this pudding, but it tastes as good as one of the best puddings you have had. The cream mixture is so good you can actually have it all by itself, my husband is allergic to eggs, this pudding keeps him and everyone in the family happy!

  4. Thick cream 250 ml
  5. Flour/ Maida 3 tablespoon
  6. Cornflour 3 tablespoon
  7. Coffee powder 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to boil and add in the coffee. Once the strong coffee is ready, let it cool down.
  2. Now mix in the cornflour and maida together in a pan, next add milk to it little by little. Make sure no lumps are formed.

  6. Dust the pudding with cocoa powder to give it a chocolate touch. Then let the pudding chill in the fridge.
  7. Your pudding is ready!
