#bbcookoff #tricolourcontest/ Here I have made healthy pizza base using jowar flour as bhakhri, I have used carrot- tomato puree for saffron colour used in bhakhri, while spinach puree as green colour. So tiranga bhakhri is topped with tiranga veggies and cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For jowar bhakhri- jowar flour-3-Cup
  2. Spinach-1-Bunch
  3. Carrot-1-No.
  4. Tomato-1-No.
  5. Salt-1-Tsp
  6. For paneer tikka- paneer-200-gm
  7. Curd-1/2-Cup
  8. Coriander powder-1-Tsp
  9. Roasted cumin powder-1-Tsp
  10. Kashmiri red chilly powder-1-Tsp
  11. Black pepper powder-1/2-Tsp
  12. Garam masala-1/2-Tsp
  13. Turmeric-1/2-Tsp
  14. Ginger garlic paste-1-Tsp
  15. Salt-1-Tsp
  16. Oil-1 1/2-Tsp
  17. Veggies- boiled corns-1/2-Cup
  18. Carrot-2-No.
  19. Capsicam-2-No.
  20. Onion-2-No.
  21. Chilly flakes-1-Tsp
  22. Oregano-1-Tsp
  23. Grated cheese-1-Cup
  24. Oil-1 1/2-Tsp

Instructions

  1. In a blender add chopped carrot and chopped tomato, blend to a form smooth paste, Take 1 cup of jowar flour, salt and this puree, knead a medium dough
  2. Boil water, add chopped spinach leaves for 3 minutes, drain and cool it, blend to make puree. Take1 cup flour, salt and this puree paste. Knead medium dough
  3. Now take remaining flour, salt and knead a medium dough and cover it for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix all, take medium portion from dough, roll it like roti.
  5. Heat tava and roast bhakhri till both sides crisp.
  6. In a mixing bowl add paneer and all ingredients listed, meanwhile chop all veggies.
  7. Marinate for20 minutes.
  8. Heat pan with 1 1/2 tsp of oil, and roast paneer pieces till done.
  9. In same pan heat 1 1/2 tsp oil and slightly saute all chopped veggies separately. Keep aside.
  10. Now take bhakri, apply pizza sauce, arrange sauted veggies according to flag colour., Arrange paneer pieces, boiled corns. Sprinkle chilly flakes, oregano and spread cheese. Let it cook with covered lid till cheese melts. Bhakri pizza is ready to be served.
