ABOUT baked apples in banana reduction RECIPE

here to share an inspired dessert from ratatouille.....thin slice 1-1 red and green apples and let them sock in lemon water....in a sauce pan add some heavy cream, chopped banana, little milk and sugar and cook for 10 mins and prepare its reduction....then puree the prepared reduction...in a pasta plate pour some of the reduction and then place all the sliced apple in a circular form one upon another...then pour the remaining puree on it and then bake it for about 30 mins at 200°c ....then bring it out and cool it....as it becomes cool topp it with some whipped cream and garnish it with some tutti frutti and dry fruits

  1. Red apples- 1- 200 gm
  2. Green apples- 1- 200gm
  3. Banana- 3- 200gm
  4. Heavy cream- 1- 100 ml
  5. Whipped cream- 1- 50 ml
  6. Dry fruits- 10- 10gm
  7. Sugar- 1- 100 gms

Instructions

  1. slice the apples
  2. prepare the reduction
  3. arrange the apple slices and let pour the reduction
  4. bake for about 30 mins at 200°c
  5. cool down and garnish
  6. serve cold
