ABOUT Tender coconut ice cream RECIPE

Simple ice cream recipe for this Summer. Without whipping cream and machine.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Corn flour- 3- tbl spoons
  2. Milk- 500- ml
  3. Sugar- 2- cups
  4. Vanilla essence- 3- drops
  5. Malai/cream- 2- spoons
  6. Coconut flesh- 1- Cup

Instructions

  1. Take 3 tbl spoons of cornflour and add 4-5 spoon milk and mix it. keep it a side.
  2. Take 500ml milk and bring it to boil after that add sugar, vanilla essence and mix then add corn flour and milk mixture and boil it until it gets thick.
  3. cool it completely in a room temperature.
  4. Take a mixer jar and add the ice cream mixer then add Malai/creame/coconut meat( white part of the tender coconut) and grind it very well.
  5. Pour the mixture into any aluminum/air tight container cover it with aluminium or plastic foil and close the lid. Keep it in a freezer for 2-3 hrs.
  6. take out the ice creame from the freezer after 2-3 hrs and again grind it well. Pour the mixture to the same container and cover and keep it again in the freezer for 8 hrs.
  7. After 8 hrs ur yummy tender coconut ice cream will be ready to serve for ur loved ones.
