Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cooked rice- 1- cup
  2. Orange juice- 2- oranges
  3. Mustard seeds- 1- tsp
  4. Channa dal- 1- tsp
  5. Udad dal- 1- tsp
  6. Red chilli- 1- number
  7. Hing- 1- tsp
  8. Turmeric powder- 1- tsp
  9. Ground nut s- 1- tbsp
  10. Cashew s- 1- tbsp
  11. Sesame oil- 2- tbsp
  12. Green chilli- 1- number
  13. Salt to taste- 0- null

Instructions

  1. take a kadai add sesame oil and heat
  2. add Channa dal,udad dal , cashews, ground nut,red chilli,curry leaves and mustard seeds hing...fry
  3. add turmeric,once seasoning done add orange juice,salt
  4. add cooked rice and switch off the stove ..leave it for some time
