In a bowl take atta.To it add salt, kalonji, ajwain.
Take green chillies and make a paste of it. Add the paste to the atta.
give the atta a mix add palak paste and knead it. add the oil to it allow it to rest for 10 min by covering with a cloth
divide the dough into small ball sized portions
using roller and pin make a roti
on a tawa prepare roti and drizzle little oil and allow it to roast both sides
serve the hot palak roti with any chutney
