Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aata- 2- cups
  2. Palak paste- 1- cup
  3. Salt- 1- tea spoon
  4. Green chillies- 3- nos
  5. Kalonji- 1- teaspoon
  6. Ajwain- 1- teaspoon
  7. Oil- 2- tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take atta.To it add salt, kalonji, ajwain.
  2. Take green chillies and make a paste of it. Add the paste to the atta.
  3. give the atta a mix add palak paste and knead it. add the oil to it allow it to rest for 10 min by covering with a cloth
  4. divide the dough into small ball sized portions
  5. using roller and pin make a roti
  6. on a tawa prepare roti and drizzle little oil and allow it to roast both sides
  7. serve the hot palak roti with any chutney
