All kids love the ingredients watermelon and gulkand.

Ingredients Serving: 4

3 cups of watermelon pieces, chopped
Gulkand (rose petals in sugar syrup) 3 tbsp
Sweet melon pieces 1 cup, chopped
Rose sherbet (readied) 1 glass
Rose petals 8-10
Strawberry water soda 1 glass
To garnish- cherries, edible silver foil, strawberries and watermelon and sweet melon pieces

Instructions

Blend the watermelon pieces, sweet melon pieces, rose petals and gulkand together. Add the rose sherbet and blend it once again.
Pour the prepared mixture in a glass till it's half full, then pour in the strawberry soda in the remaining half in a way that it floats on top of the prepared mixture.
Garnish it with silver foil, in a wooden skewer put the pieces of sweet melon, watermelon, strawberries and cherries and serve it chilled.
