Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. #Ingredients-: • 1 cup all purpose flour • ½ cup palak puree • salt as taste #For_Fillig-: • ½ cup sliced paneer • ¼ cup sliced onion • ¼ cup grated carrot • ¼ cup grated cabbage • ½ cup sliced green bell paper • ½ cup chopped tomato
  2. 1 chopped green chilli • ½ tsp cumin • ¼ tsp cumin powder • ¼ tsp garam masala • ¼ tsp coriander powder • salt as need • cheese as need • mayonnaise as need • 2 tbsp lemon juice(optional)

Instructions

  1. • Collect all ingrdients. In a mixing bowl, mix a flour along with a little salt,palak puree with enough water into a smooth dough. Brush with a little oil and cover and set aside. • Now take a pan,add oil fir heat. Add cumin seed and chopped chilli, now add onion slices, cabbage,carrot and bell-paper,along with salt and chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder,jeera powder and turmeric powder and stir-fry for a minutes. • Now add chopped tomato and stir until they cook well.add a paneer and stir for a couple of seconds. • Remove in a plate and let cool to room temparature. Stir in the lime juice and Coriander leaves. • Divide the dough into 1 inch diameter balls. Take a dough ball and roll on a floured surface into a very thin roti. Now place the roti into a tawa and make a paratha with oil. • When both side is cooked well, place 2tbsp of vegetables with paneer,cheese and mayonnaise filling on a roti and roll(fold) it. • Heat the oil in the fry pan and shadow fry the paneer cheese spring roll until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining spring rolls. • Serve the rolls warm with tea or coffee.
