Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 potato boiled
  2. 4 tsp shezwan chutney
  3. Chaat masala for sprinkle
  4. 1 big size onion chopped
  5. 2 tomato chopped
  6. 1 cucumber chopped
  7. 4 tsp tomato sauce
  8. Salt
  9. 2 green chilli chopped
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 4 wheat chapati/roti
  12. 2-3 tsp Butter

Instructions

  1. First heat the oil in a pan add 1 tbsp add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add boiled mashed potato ,green chilli ,tumeric powder,salt mix all together cooked for 2-3 min then turn off the gas
  2. Then take chapati/roti spread 1 tsp shezwan chutney,1 tsp tomato chutney then sprinkle chaat masala then add spread chopped tomato,onion,cucumber cover half
  3. Then place on tawa spread butter on roti toast from both the side
  4. Then cut from the centre serve with tomato dauce
  5. Same procedure do with other chapati
