ABOUT Oats milkshake RECIPE

This is a healthy yummy shake.Best for weight loss serve this shake to your kids as breakfast it very high in fibre

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats- 1 cup
  2. Water- 2 cup
  3. Sugar- ¼ cup
  4. Dates- 4-5 seedless(soaked for 5 hours)
  5. Ice cubes
  6. Chocolate syrup- 2 tbsp
  7. Dry fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. take a container add water and boil it
  2. then switch off the flame and add oats
  3. mix it well and let it cool down for half an hour
  4. then take a blender add oats sugar dates milk and ice cubes chocolate syrup and a little amount of water
  5. take the glasses decorate it with chocolate syrup
  6. pour the shake and garnish with dry fruits
