Spicy and tangy garlic mango pickle to satisfy craving tastebuds.
In a clean pan on low flame dry roast fenugreek seeds, yellow mustard, cumin and black mustard seeds.
Once done transfer into a bowl and let it cool completely, then grind into fine powder.
Now in the same pan heat oil on medium flame.
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, once they start to crackle add garlic cloves. Saute and cook for 2 mins.
Now add the diced mangoes, cook them for about 2 mins.
When you see the oil is oozing out add in the dry spices. Chilli powder, turmeric, asafoetida, salt and grounded dry spice powder.
Stir well and cook for a minute.
After it cools completely add vinegar and mix well.
Garlic mango pickle is ready, store this in a clean dry airtight container.
