ABOUT Royal Falooda RECIPE

Royal Falooda is very easy to make and delicious dessert loved by everyone.The main ingredients for falooda are sabja seeds,fine vermicelli, fruits,nuts and icecream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 lts milk
  2. 2 tsp custard powder
  3. 1/2 cup cold milk
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1 cup fresh chopped fruits(apple,mango,banana,chickoo)
  6. 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits (raisins,almonds,cashew,pistachios)
  7. Few kesar strands
  8. 1 cup vermicelli
  9. 3 cups water to boil vermicelli
  10. 2 tsp sabja seeds
  11. 1 tbsp rose syrup
  12. 4-5 ice cream scoops
  13. 4-5 cherries.

Instructions

  1. Take a cup of fine vermicelli,Boil water and add to it.Water should be little more than the immersing level. Cook until soft.Rinse it well,drain and set aside.
  2. Soak sabja seeds(basil) in water,strain and set aside.
  3. Chop fresh fruits(apple,mango,banana,chicoo) and dry fruits(almonds,pistachios,cashews) and keep aside.
  4. Mix 2 tsp custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk and keep aside.
  5. Boil 1/2 ltr milk in a pan..once boiled ,add 1/2 cup sugar and custard powder milk solution stirring continuously and wait till one boil ..Off flame and cool completely in refrigerator..
  6. Cool the glass in refrigerator in which you want to serve the Royal falooda.
  7. It's time to assemble..
  8. Add 2 tsp cooked vermicelli in the serving glass,2 tsp soaked basil seeds,then 1 tbsp of custard milk,with layer of fresh chopped fruits,2 tsp rose syrup...again layer of vermicelli,sabha seeds,custard milk,fruits,nuts.Finally a scoop of icecream and fresh dry fruits,Kesar strand and cherry...
