Watermelon 1
Whipped cream/ Chocolate cream 1 cup
Mascarpone cheese 2 tbsp
Icing sugar 2 tbsp, optional
Essence rose/ Vanilla/ Strawberries to garnish

Instructions

Cut the watermelon from both ends.
Remove the skin and rind from the watermelon while keeping the flesh as a whole round piece. (I made 2 tiers)
Mix the mascarpone cheese with icing sugar and add it to the whipped cream. Add the essence of your choice.
Spread the icing on the watermelon and enjoy!
