Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the custard:
  2. Custard powder 3 tbsp
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. For the base:
  6. Semolina 1 cup
  7. Curd 1/3 cup
  8. Sugar 1/2 cup
  9. Baking powder 1/4th tsp
  10. Any fruits (I used papaya)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the custard first and keep it aside to cool. Put it in a baking dish to set.
  2. Mix the semolina with the curd, sugar and baking powder. Then put this batter on the custard.
  3. Bake it for 30 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
  4. Take it out from the oven and let it cool. Then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Serve it cooled and decorate with fruits.
