The rich and delicious stuffed bhindi can be made easily at home by planning its preparation in advance, prepare and store stuffing masala for bhindi and then using it as and when required
Wash the bhindi and dry it thoroughly
Remove caps and slit it. Keep it whole, keep them aside
In a bowl , add paneer and all other ingredients.
Mix it well.
Stuff it as much as you can in the bhindi
In a flat pan add 3-4 tbsp oil and shallow fry the bhindi
Keeping stuffing side on top
For gravy
Add oil in a kadai, slightly fry the star annise and then add onion paste , saute to nice golden color
Add ginger garlic paste, saute for a min
Add 1/2 cup water ,cook it oj high flame till it dries up and oil separates
Now add tomato puree and give it a good boil
Add beaten curd, saunf powder and all other masalas, except salt
Mix it well and arrange bhindi over it
Cover and cook it on slow heat till it done
If it is thick add little water
Lastly add salt, taste and balance
Serve hot with chapati
