ABOUT Strawberry icecream RECIPE

My kids all time favourite ice-cream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

200 ml amul fresh cream
1/2 cup sugar or as per taste
12-15 strawberry
1/2 cup condense milk

Instructions

Wash and chopped strawberry , make a pyuri in blender.
In a mixing bowl put amul cream, sugar and whipped for 4-5 minutes.
Now add strawberry pyuri and condense milk and again whip for 2-3 minutes until all combine well.
Pour into the air tight container and put into freezer for 7-8 hours or until sets.
When it sets scoop out and garnish with chopped strawberry.
