churros are traditional from Spain and Portuguese and as well from America I made this churros in a new way filled with ice cream and made it in Taco shaped
put the saucepan on flame filled with 1 cup water
add salt ,sugar powder and butter
keep it for boiling
when water boils add spoon by spoon refined flour in it
Stire it continuously
simmer the flame
when its consistency comes in ball shaped switch off the flame
when it comes in room temperature fill it in piping bag
On butter paper make a round shaped churros
Fry it in the oil
when it comes in golden colour take it out from the oil
and immediately fold it with the help of Rolling pin
Coat it in sugar and cinnamon powder
and the churro tacos are ready
fill it with a scoop of your favourite ice cream flavour
and ice cream filled Churro tacos are ready
