Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk powder 2 cups
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1 cup
  4. Clarified butter 4 teaspoons
  5. Orange food colour
  6. Green food colour

Instructions

  1. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and add the milk. Mix it well.
  2. Then add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly. The heat should be low.
  3. Now add the powdered mix and keep mixing it and scraping it until it's completely smooth. Wait for it to get dry.
  4. Turn off the heat when the mixture starts to leave the pan.
  5. Let it cool down just a little and divide it into two parts. One part should be bigger than the other.
  6. Mix a few drops of orange food colour into the bigger half and green food colour to the smaller one.
  7. Grease your palms with clarified butter, take lemon sized portions of the orange coloured part and shape it into an orange.
  8. Make leaf shapes out of the green coloured part. Make the leafy impressions using a toothpick and stick it to the orange.
  9. Prepare all the orange shondesh like this and enjoy.
