Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 12 chicken lollipops
  2. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Juice of half lime
  5. 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  6. 2 tbsp cornflour
  7. Black pepper powder
  8. 1 tbsp maida ( all- purpose flour)
  9. 1 tsp soy sauce
  10. 1 tsp chilli sause
  11. 1 egg beaten
  12. Vinegar 1 tsp
  13. 1 tsp ginger fine chopped
  14. 1/2 tsp garlic fine chopped
  15. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  16. 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  17. Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken lollypops well and drain excess water.
  2. Apply ginger garlic paste, salt,black pepper powder,and, lime juice in a bowl and mix well, and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Marinate with red chilli powder, soy sauce,vinegar,and keep aside 15 minutes
  4. When ready to fry mix in beaten egg,cornflour, all purpose flour and mix well till well combined.
  5. Heat 300 grams oil in the kadai.
  6. Marinated lollypops in the fry in hot oil till golden
  7. Drain on absorbent paper
  8. Heat a non stick pan add 1 tsp oil and put finely chopped ginger garlic,fry them slightly.
  9. Keep the schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, mix this well to create a base sauce
  10. Toss the fried lollypops till the sauce coats the lollypops.
  11. Garnish fresh coriander leaves
  12. Serve hot
