Ingredients: 8 tbsp all purpose flour; 3 tbsp powdered sugar; 1/4 tbsp baking powder; 1 pinch baking soda; 2 tbsp condensed milk; 2 tbsp butter; 4 tbsp milk; 1 tbsp malai; 4 drops vinegar; 1/2 tsp vanilla essence; food colours as per your choice; Sprinkles of your choice

8 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
2 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp malai
4 drops vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
food colours as per your choice
Sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

I have used 5 colours so take 2 drops of each food colour in a separate bowl. Keep this aside.
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Add butter, condensed milk, malai, vinegar, vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.
Add wet ingredients little by little and make lump free batter.
Quickly divide it into 5 bowls in equal portions. Mix well.
In a microwawe safe bowl add 1 tbsp of each batter. Repeat untill done.
Microwawe it for 1 or 2 minutes on high.
Insert a toothpick to check if it is done or not. If it comes out clean it's done.
Decorate with sprinkles. Serve warm. :rainbow:
