In a cup add Lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. leave covered for 10 min to activate the yeast
In a bowl add flour, salt sugar Add the activated yeast mix. Add water and make a soft sticky dough
Add oil and Knead continuously for 10 min.
Set the dough in a greesd big bowl and covered it with cling film or damp towel , keep at warm place for 1 hour .it
to make a filing heat the oil in a pan add mustard seed cumin seed when it gets splatterd add chopped onion and red chilli , cook for 2 minute.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, mix it well the mashed the potatoes and add.
Mix it thoroughly now add sugar and lemon juice again mix it well better ways we allowed to mashed it becos the size of samosa are very small so we need smooth filling.
Add chopped coriander leaves, stir and cook for a few minutes before turning of the flame.
Cool it at a room temperature.
Preheat oven to 180C.
when the bread has doubled in size ,give it a knead .
you will feel all the little air Bubbles popping .that's good we will ensure that your bread rises evenly in the microwave.
take half dough and roll it out on a floured work surface until its round 2 mm in thickness
using a round Cookie Cutter approx 6 CM in a diameter cut rounds of a dough.
take a filing and place around a teaspoon of it into the middle of one of the dough rounds
using your thumb fould the middle up and bring the sides to meet in the middle almost like you are making an open wonton.
place in to the buttered baking dish start with the outside edges and repeat for the rest of the discs.
repeat for the remaining dough and filling
brush the bread with melted butter and bake In a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 25 minutes
remove from the oven and brush with more butter before serving.
