Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Softened butter. 1 cup
  2. Granulated sugar 1 cup
  3. Brown sugar. 1 cup
  4. Eggs. 2
  5. Refined flour. 3 cups
  6. Baking soda. 1 tsp
  7. Salt. 1/2 tsp
  8. Chocolate chips. 1 cup
  9. Badam chopped. 1 cup
  10. Vanilla Essence. 2 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Sieve together flour ,baking soda and salt.Keep aside.
  2. Cream together butter and both the sugars with the help of a electric egg beater.
  3. Add eggs one by one ,beating well in between.Now add vanilla essence.beat well.
  4. Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients .Mix well .you can use a spatula or egg beater in the lowest speed.
  5. Add chocolate chips and badam and mix well.keep aside in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 mins.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220degree celcius.
  7. Grease a baking tray and place a parchment paper.place the dough on the tray with some space in between as the cookies will expand.
  8. Bake at 220 degree Celsius for 10 to 13 mins.while taking out the cookies it will be soft but it will harden as it gets exposed to air.
  9. Allow it to cool and store in an air tight container.
  10. This receipe is a combination of various receipes and I have twisted to my children's taste.
