Spring rolls stuffed with veg hakka noodles

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida - 2 cup
  2. Oil - 3 tsp
  3. Salt - As required
  4. Water - As required
  5. Boiled noodles - 1 cup
  6. Green Peas - 1/2 cup
  7. Carrot - 1/2 cup(shredded)
  8. Beans - 1/3 cup(chopped)
  9. Capsicum - 1/2 cup(cut in thin slices)
  10. Cabbage - 1/2 cup( chopped)
  11. Green chilli - 1
  12. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  14. Oil - for fry

Instructions

  1. Cut veggies of your choice..
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Put chopped green chilli in it.
  4. Add all veggies and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, pepper and salt.
  6. Stuffing is ready.
  7. Knead a soft dough from 2 cup maida, 3 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt and water.
  8. Keep covered dough for 15 minutes.
  9. After 15 minutes make small size balls from it.
  10. Roll a dough like poori in 3 inch diameter.
  11. Brush oil on poori.
  12. Roll another poori and keep on previous poori.
  13. Roll both pooris together.
  14. Make thin big size chapati.
  15. Cook on a nonstick tawa for 5 seconds.
  16. Turn over and cook from another side for 5 seconds.
  17. Separate both rotis from each other.
  18. Make all sheets with same process.
  19. Spring roll sheets are ready.
  20. Keep stuffing on a sheet.
  21. Apply maida paste on side of sheet.
  22. Fold sheet like envelope.
  23. Fold and close roll.
  24. Spring roll is ready to fry
  25. Make all roll with same process.
  26. Fry rolls in hot oil till golden brown in colour.
  27. Remove from oil and keep on paper towels.
  28. Enjoy hot and crispy noodles sprin roll with any sauce.
