ABOUT Lemon Posset RECIPE

The tangy silky english dessert. Yummy to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh cream - 1 cup
  2. Castor sugar - 75 gm
  3. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  4. Lemon rind - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the fresh cream and castor sugar in a non stick pan.
  2. Keep stirring while the sugar melts.
  3. Then simmer the flame and keep cooking for exactly 3 minutes. (The time should be precisely 3 minutes otherwise the cream might curdle).
  4. Take the mixture off the gas and add the lemon juice to it while stirring it.
  5. Add the lemon rice and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into small glasses or bowls. Decorate with crushed biscuits. Chill and serve.
