simple yet cheesy pizza made with leftover chapati and fried soyachunks just as an evening snack for kid

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chapati-2
  2. boiled soya chunks-1 cup
  3. marination for soyachunk:
  4. redchilli powder-3tsp
  5. pepper powder-1tsp
  6. ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  7. lemon juice-1tsp
  8. salt
  9. veggies( diced onion, tomato, capsicum)-1cup
  10. shreaded mozrella cheese-1cup
  11. chilli flakes-2tsp
  12. tomato sauce and greennchilli sauce-2tbsp

Instructions

  1. first squeeze the excess water from boiled soyachunks
  2. in a bowl marinate the soyachunks with redchilli powder, pepper powder, gingergarlic paste, lemonjuice and salt.
  3. heat a pan add oil and fry the marinated chunks until golden
  4. now take the chapati spread the sauces and veggies add soya chunks and mozrella cheese
  5. preheat the oven at 180C and bake the pizza for 5mins or until cheese melts
  6. tasty twisted chapati soychunk pizza is readyy
