ABOUT Stuffed rolled pizza RECIPE

This rolled pizza is stuffed with chicken, mashrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, baby corns and cheese. Easy to cook recipe and too tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For the dough:
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Activated yeast 1 teaspoon
  4. Sugar 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Warm water 3/4 cup
  6. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  8. For stuffing :
  9. Mozzarella cheese slices 3
  10. Shredded mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
  11. Pizza sauce 2 tablespoon
  12. Cooked boneless chicken pieces 1/2 cup
  13. Button mashroom sliced 1 big size
  14. Red and yellow bell pepers chopped 1/2 cup
  15. Baby corn sliced 1
  16. Cherry tomatoes 2-3 halves
  17. Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
  18. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  19. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
  20. Butter 2 teaspoon
  21. Olive oil for greasing
  22. White sesame seeds and nigella seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  23. Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl soak yeast in warm water and add sugar.
  2. Stir with a spoon, combine with all purpose flour and mix.
  3. Add salt and mix, then cover it and rest for 45 minutes.
  4. After 45 minutes add olive oil and knead it.
  5. Dust some flour on a clean platform and knead the dough on it for about 8- 10 minutes.
  6. Coat the dough with olive oil, cover it , use a plastic film or a perfect lid. Rest for another 30minutes.
  7. It will become double in size.
  8. Use either your hand or a rolling pin to work the dough into a rectangular shape.
  9. Now grease the baking tray
  10. Place the dough on it.
  11. Place cheese slices on it
  12. Spread a layer of pizza sauce
  13. Put all ingredients for stuffing on it- cooked and roughly cut chicken pieces, mashroom slices, bell pepers, sliced babycorn ,garlic powder
  14. Season with salt , pepper Italian seasoning, mixed herbs.
  15. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  16. Then wrap it carefully make like a roll.
  17. Brush with butter and sprinkle sesame and nigella seeds
  18. Preheat the oven at 200° C for 10 minutes
  19. Bake the stuffed rolled pizza at 190 °C for 12- 15 minutes each side
  20. Total 24- 30 minutes
  21. Cut this stuffed rolled pizza into slices and serve warm.
  22. Sprinkle little shredded cheese, dried oregano and chilli flakes.
