sometimes kids won't like laddu or Barfi shaped sweets so I found an smart way to attract the children ,sweet sev pops everyone must try it. It is a sindhi cussin sweet.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. milk... 150 milligrams
  2. sugar... 200 grams
  3. Khoa.... 150 grams
  4. unsalted sev... 200 grams
  5. Pinch of saffron.... diluted in milk
  6. cardamom powder... half teaspoon
  7. chopped Cashew and Alma almond... one tablespoon
  8. sugar sprinkles ..one tablespoon
  9. wirk..... for decoration

Instructions

  1. pour the milk in woke and switch on the flame
  2. stir it and let it to boil
  3. after boiling it add the sugar
  4. stir it continuously so that sugar must be dissolved properly
  5. now add masged khoa
  6. stir it continuously.
  7. stir it continuously so that khoa must be melt properly.
  8. add Saffron, diluted in milk
  9. now add cardamom powder
  10. let it become a thick consistency
  11. now add unsalted sev.
  12. mix it properly incorporate the mixture
  13. now switch off the flame
  14. take out mixture in the plate and spread some dry fruits
  15. when it come in room temperature make the pops
  16. decorate it with wirk and coloured sprinkles
  17. and kids favourite sweet sev pops are ready
