Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 6 slices brown bread.
  2. 2 egg.
  3. 2 tbsp chopped onions.
  4. 1 tsp black pepper.
  5. 1/2 chopped green chilli.
  6. 1 tbsp coriender leaves.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. 2 tbsp butter.

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl beat eggs in it.
  2. Now dip each slice of bread into the mix so that they get well coated with the egg batter.
  3. Add chopped onions,green chilli, coriander leaves,black pepper and salt as per taste,mix it well.
  4. Cut the sides off breads.
  5. Heat butter in a nonstic tawa.
  6. Now fry them till golden brown on low flame.
  7. Remove them and keep on plate.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
