Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Red Banana 1
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. corn flour 1 tablespoon
  4. Maida 1 tablespoon
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. ghee 1 tbsp
  7. dry coconut 2 tablespoon
  8. jaggery 1 cup

Instructions

  1. take one Red Banana
  2. make the banana into small pieces
  3. and then Smash until gel consistency
  4. add 1 cup rice flour 1 tbsp corn flour and add Pinch of salt then mix it well
  5. add jaggery water and dry coconut mix it well
  6. take Idli plates
  7. take the mixed banana flour and create shapes as your wishes
  8. finally 10 minutes steam the shapes
  9. after 10 minutes Red Banana kolukattai is ready
