ABOUT Apple salad RECIPE

This wonderful salad packed of all nutritious and light and creamy salad.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups red apple
  2. 1/4 cup golden raisins
  3. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt/plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1/4 cup light mayonnaise/cream cheese
  5. 1/2 to cinnamon & nutmeg powder
  6. 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
  7. 1/4 cup shrdeed coconut
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash apples but do not peele them core the apples and cut into 1/2 inch vines.
  2. Sprinkle with juice to prevent discoloration.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise and spices.
  4. In a medium bowl toss together apples, raisins and spices together.
  5. Gently combine yogurt mixture with apple mixture until completely combined.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve apple salad on lettuce leaves.
